Avarni product update – January 2024

At Avarni, we're constantly working to enhance your experience on the platform. This month, we're excited to bring you significant updates, particularly focused on our supplier engagement features, designed to better activate your suppliers and support your supplier mobilization endeavours.

Enhanced supplier engagement features

• Improved questionnaire and response management: Easily manage and view the questionnaires sent to suppliers within created cohorts. Gain insights into response rates and individual supplier responses.
• Customisable reminder emails: Boost response rates by sending customisable reminder emails to suppliers of your choice or all suppliers who haven't completed their questionnaires yet.
• Selective questionnaire distribution: Gain more control by selecting specific suppliers within a cohort to send questionnaires to, moving beyond the limitation of addressing the cohort as a whole.
• Stay informed with email notifications: Opt-in for email notifications to stay updated on your suppliers' activities on our platform. Be informed when suppliers complete questionnaires and update their carbon data and targets.

Minor bug fixes and platform improvements

• Updated user guides and video guides: Access the updated user guides from the “?” icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.
• Improved user interface throughout the platform: Minor improvements to address UI bugs and inconsistencies throughout the platform.
